Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from luxury. If something is not right, please review our return and exchange guidelines below.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories are included.
  • The product has not been altered, resized, or customised.

For hygiene and authenticity reasons, certain items (e.g. earrings, opened skincare, or personalised products) may not be eligible for return. This will be noted on the product page where applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance.
  • Products showing signs of wear, damage caused by the customer, or missing components.
  • Orders placed more than 14 days before the return request.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us via Contact Us or email hah764524@gmail.com with your order number, item(s) to return, and reason for return.
  2. Our team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions within 1–2 business days.
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable service. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our mistake.

Exchanges

If you would like a different size, colour, or model, please contact us before returning your item. We will do our best to arrange an exchange subject to stock availability. Price differences may apply.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
